so i was excited about school today til i got here and checked in and then i freaked out alittle and a had a minor panic attack. if you dont know this about me i had a major social phobia issue when i was younger now i just get anxiety when im presented with meeting and interacting with new people or situations. i figure ill work threw it on my own ive done very well on my own so far. but now that im in class and doing something im fine. when i was outside pacing and trying to control my breathing. all the what ifs kept freaking me out. what if i dont do well, what if im not meant to do this in life, what if im not good enough. that sort of thing nothing major.
